My mom got this game for me. I liked it except for my mom said it will rot my brains. I said she’s an old hag with ugly feet. Because this game is a best seller in most places, ok? It’s funny when you do badly on it and give everyone the farts! When you do good everyone is happy! I wish there were some guns in it though because the girl is annyoing and I wish she could be died!

  • My daughter desperately wanted this for her birthday ….I tried it out myself and I have to say I was never so disappointed in a game – i cant understand its appeal( apparently there are several new versions) I feel like writing to Nintendo to get my money back…I am certain it was created by absolute morons…Nintendo should get back in the kitchen and cook up something else – for now I think I’ll throw it down the garbage disposal!

  • I bought this game since it had good reviews especially for kids. I’m a kid at heart so thought I would enjoy it. I was wrong. The graphics are fine, lots of recipes to make with new recipes added as you succesfully complete recipes. Your “cooking” consists of using the stylus to touch, tap, slide, and swirl on the touch screen. It gets very repetitive and mundane. I did like the variety of menu items, including miso soup, neopolitan spaghetti, and fried octopus dumplings (or something close to that). Young kids may love it, for the ease and lack of high brain activity required. But if you are a teenager and above who enjoys childish things but wants a bit of a challenge or goal to work towards other than 60 more recipes, avoid this game.
